It’s been a mighty long wait, and many of you were getting mighty impatient, I know, but I’m glad to announce that the Kindle version of the book is finally available on the Amazon page! (And while you’re there, check out my 11 five-star reviews!)
You had the reverse problem in Europe. I had to buy the Kindle version because the paperback got delayed from Amazon.uk... worth every penny (and more)... an outstanding achievement..
Really enjoying the book so far! I started bending the corners of pages that I take notes in, and then came to realize that it was every page! Would love it on iBooks though! :)
I'll be leaving a 5-star review soon, when I can break away from the string of potent 'Ahas' I'm enjoying on my first read-through. The insights, organization, examples, and quality of writing put this book WAY above even my favorite few in the 'story books' stack.

I went for a printed copy. I kind of like the idea of having it sitting next to the monitor... staring at me.
